If applicable, a Software License Fee of (3.5% amount) will be billed separately on your statement by Base Commerce, our payment processor, for the convenience of immediately processing your payment electronically. If you wish to avoid this payment processing fee you can mail a check or money order to our office Bay Area Receivables, Inc. at PO Box 3535, Salisbury, MD 21802-3535, or contact us at 410-860-1600. If you choose the no-fee method of paying by mail, please provide sufficient time for your payment to be received by our office by the due date.
